1 Opening of the meeting
Mr Tom Wylie did open the meeting. We agreed about the program of the meeting.

2 Membership report
We have now 15 members. 9 of them have confirmed they membership by paying membership fee. We have open questions with Serbia and Lithuania. We decided to send a note to Serbia and Lithuania that they should confirm their membership by paying membership fee.
We have decided to make list of Criteria for Members and New applicants. This will help us to clarified  our role in the network. Ritva will do list of criteria.

Promoting materials:

We should have new promoting materials to find new members. It would be important to be able to descript our aims and activities more concrete way. This all material should be find in our website.  Website is important tool for us and it is important to have all information on our website. Website is our face to outside.

3 Website

We had decision that Viv Mcee will be publisher of the material for Website. First all material to be send to her. She will send it to Nadia Marinova, who is administrator, and to the person who is doing technical work put information in to homepage. Contact information to iblagoev@beonline-bg.com

We need link our website as many organizations, networks, national and international field of Youth work. Especially.
4 Seminar and GA 2007

We have booked seminar dates 9-12.12.2007 in European Youth Centre Budapest. Andre-Jaques Dodin and our new contact person Michele Bergdoll has inform us that we have to have longer seminar so new dates are 9-14.12.2007. Ritva will be in contact with Michele and Andre-Jaques about practical issues and Claude Bodeving is responsible of the program of the seminar.

We will have bureau meeting, seminar and GA 10. -14.12.2007 travel dates are 09.12 and 14.12.

Seminar opening will be 9.12 pm and closing 13.12. am. GA will be 13.12. pm.

Seminar costs should be covered by Coe.

Seminar Theme will be NETWORKING IN EUROPEAN LEVEL- ENYC and we will have also part of the Youth work in Europe/ Portfolio of youth worker. We are hoping to have 2 trainers in the seminar (Mark Taylor  +?) Claude will discuss with Mark Taylor. Coe has rules how they cover costs of the Trainer and it might be too less for Mark Taylor. We decided that we can cover part of training costs from our budget if needed.

Ritva will send invitations and seminar program to the members.

8. Organizational information:

We have Bank account in Strasbourg and contact address of the bank is address of treasure, at the moment it is Panos Poulos in Greece.

We still have legal address in Strasbourg, France. The contact address of the organization will be secretariat. We have problem when our legal address is in France but we do not have French member organization. This should be discussed as soon as possible.

9 Draft agreement with COE

Unfortunately we still do not have any procedure done with agreement. Mr President will do proposals for the contract agenda.

10 New partners:

We discussed about new partners. There was New applicants for the Enyc Network


We welcome these organizations to be new members in European Network of Youth Centres. Ritva will send them confirmation.

We have had interested partners from Belgium and Spain Bask region.
We still have a problem not have partner in France. We are in official register in Strassbourg but we do not have member organization in France. It would be very good to find partner from France.

11 Seminar in Budapest

Claude Bodeving has promised to take care of content of seminar. We agreed that secretariat send a mail to members to ask they wishes for the theme of seminar.
Year 2008 is EU year of intercultural dialogue. The proposal of the Board is to have seminar with theme Non formal education in context of intercultural dialogue.
